

Christian V. Kirschner has played a role in the real estate industry since 1993. Christian has been very active not only locally, but nationally in the office, industrial, retail, land, residential, and investment segments of the real estate industry.
Christian Kirschner received his B.A. from the University of Denver and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado. Mr. Kirschner has been active in many professional, civic and charitable organizations, including fundraising for the National Sports Center for the Disabled in Winter Park, Brokers for Battered Kids, Youth With A Mission and World Vision.
In 1996, Christian joined the global commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield, achieving numerous awards and honors while with the firm. Mr. Kirschner was a top producer with Cushman & Wakefield, consistently ranked by the Denver Business Journal as a top producing commercial broker. During his career with Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Kirschner represented investors, landlords and tenants in over 3,000,000 square feet of commercial product. Companies represented by Mr. Kirschner include Citicorp, AIG, Sony, AT&T and SBC Communications.
In 2003, Kirschner Partners was founded by Christian V. Kirschner as a Limited Liability Company based in Denver. The mission of Kirschner Partners is to create value for its clients and investors through creative and innovative approaches to all aspects of real estate utilizing the experience and integrity of the Partners and the relationships formed over many years. Kirschner Partners represents owners of real estate providing them with the highest level of service in the marketing and leasing of each property. The firm also uncovers and analyzes investment opportunities and offers those opportunities to a core group of investors to whom the firm is dedicated to creating value. An addition component of the firm represents local businesses to help them acquire the optimum location for their company through a lease or purchase. In order to satisfy its client's and investor's development and land requirements, KP has established an alliance with the Kirschner Company, an affiliate of KP, which specializes in development and land sales.
